The Housing Authority of the City of Trumann, Arkansas, hereafter called the “Public Housing Agency” or PHA, will receive sealed bids for Window Replacement for 126 Units at Site 2 until 11 :00 a.m., Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at 109 Spruce Street. Trumann, Arkansas 72472, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Estimated Construction Cost of the project is between $385,000 and $400,000.

In order to be a qualified bidder, Bidding documents must be obtained from Janice Campbell at the office of Ledford Engineering, Planning, and Architecture, LLC, 5567 Commander Drive, Suite 105, Arlington, TN 38002, (901) 867-5220. A deposit of $100.00 is required for each set of Bidding Documents. Such deposit will be refunded to each person who returns the bidding documents in good condition within ten (10) days after bid opening. At 11: 00 a .m . Tuesday, October 29, 2019, a Pre-bid Conference will be held at 109 Spruce Street, in Trumann, Arkansas for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the project. Immediately following the Pre-bid Conference, a site visit of the project will be held by the Owner. All Contractors are strongly recommended to attend this walk through and pre-bid conference.
